Initiate Your Request

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original VESTIRSI dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
